If you want to mount your pocketPANO COMPACT (or any accessory with 1/4" connection thread) directly on a tripod with the large photo thread (3/8" UNC), you can buy the matching adapter here. Also made from the robust material HPL, thus perfectly matching the pocketPANO COMPACT nodal head. With a handy profile, a 1/4" external thread (steel set screw) and 3/8" internal thread. No rubber pad elements are integrated, as this leads to an elastic construction and reduces the stability. The HPL eliminates the risk of scratching the tripod or the streaked parts.

Of course it is also suitable for any other purposes where such an adapter is needed. Due to different load situations (leverage) it is difficult to specify a maximum weight load. For a large SLR with telephoto lens and high leverage, the adapter is certainly not suitable.

Note: This thread adapter is not required for the pocketPANO VARIO.

Wer seinen pocketPANO COMPACT (oder jegliches andere Zubehör mit 1/4" Anschlussgewinde) direkt auf ein Stativ mit dem großen Fotogewinde (3/8" UNC) montieren möchte, kann hier den passenden Adapter kaufen. Ebenfalls aus dem robusten Material HPL, damit perfekt passend zum pocketPANO. Mit griffigem Profil, einem 1/4" Außengewinde (Gewindestift aus Stahl) und 3/8" Innengewinde. Es sind mit Absicht keinerlei Gummiauflageelemente integriert, da dies zu einem elastischen Aufbau führt und die Stabilität leidet. Durch das HPL besteht keinerlei Gefahr, am Stativ oder den aufgeschaubten Teilen Kratzer zu hinterlassen.

Eignet sich natürlich auch für jegliche andere Zwecke, wo ein solcher Adapter benötigt wird. Aufgrund unterschiedlicher Belastungssituationen (Hebelwirkung) ist es schwierig, eine max. Gewichtbelastung anzugeben. Für eine große Spiegelreflexkamera mit Teleobjektiv und großer Hebelwirkung ist der Adapter sicher nicht geeignet. Weitere Details im passenden Blogbeitrag...
