Who we are

pocketPANO is a young, innovative company that has set itself the goal of adapting panorama technology to the needs of high-quality compact and mirrorless cameras.

The creative head of pocketPANO is Lutz Müller, himself an enthusiastic photographer and user of various camera and panorama systems for many years. However, one thing has always bothered him: the nodal point adapters available on the market so far have been too big, heavy or expensive - or all of the above. With the trend towards smaller and lighter equipment and cameras, a suitable nodal point adapter was needed!

Lutz, who as a graduate engineer in mechanical engineering also has the technical know-how, took up the challenge and developed the pocketPANO nodal point adapter. We manufacture the most important components ourselves with modern CNC milling machines at our company location in Ilmenau (Thuringia, Germany), where the complete assembly and quality control also takes place. This helps us to react quickly and flexibly to new developments in the camera market and to offer the pocketPANO nodal point adapters at an attractive price.
